Leg Squats & Wall Push Ups

Just getting started, adding a bit of "something" to my day. I've added leg squats and wall push ups (10 each) each time I use the restroom at work. A private bath so I have room to do this. How do I record it? I'm not using weights, only my body weight at the moment. Trying to do a minimum of 40/each during the day.

you can record it under strength, just put 0 where it asks for weight!0

She's in the washroom, so it's the normal squat, as opposed to pooping squats. Squat toilets take a while to get used to, but are great for the quadsLOL...I'm not sure what else you'd call them. LOL Thanks.

LOL you are all very funny! Yes, regular leg squats. I did some side leg raises (3 sets of 10 each side) when I got home tonight and also 20 sit ups. It's a start.

Good for you for starting. I plank waiting for the microwave.
There are a few aps by a company called runtastic. I think there is one that has squats ( non poop), and another that does push ups or sit ups. They link back to MFP so you would get your count and expenditure auto updated.
