Newbie with cellulite to banish - 'FAST' / 5:2 approach?

hello!
I'm new to MFP and forums in general.
I hope to find my way to weight loss and a community with similar goals...
I have about 10 kg to lose, and also a bunch of cellulite which has found its way to my thighs.
I was thinking of using the fast, or 5:2, approach since it seemed to have real health and fat stripping benefits.
Is anyone else using this approach with any success?

  • Welcome! I have done both HCG and 5.2.. unfortunately as soon as you stop it comes back. The cellulite looks worse now... not sure how to get rid of it either but i am back in the gym with diet and exercise!
  • What's "5.2?"
    And how did it "come back" ...didn't u of the prescribed daily weighing to keep within the +/- 2#?

    You can't get "rid" of cellulite. It's genetic. You can REDUCE the appearance of it by being at a body fat percentage of 17%-22% (on average) if it's noticeable now.
