    Weigh your food.. You think you know what your eating but you really don't. It makes a huge huge difference and it only takes a few extra minutes.. Isn't a few extra minutes worth a few extra lbs!! Hell yes.

  • Be honest with yourself, log everything you put into your mouth, weigh your food, don't starve yourself and enjoy the foods you like, just in smaller portions!
