Since last February I have lost 45 lbs and honestly it was during the months of June through November of 2014. Since then, I feel like I'm stuck! I am 5'10 225lbs now and hope to be 180 by July. I believe this is a realistic goal but results are not as fast as before and I'm becoming discouraged. This is the hardest thing I've ever accomplished. Any suggestions on speeding up the weight loss or blasting through this drought? Even nice words of encouragement are appreciated & welcomed :)

I went through the exact same thing not so long ago. It's important to remind yourself how far you've come since you started, and remember that (as you know) these things take a lot of time and hard work!
It's great to have goals and an ideal weight in mind, but what helped me was deciding to scratch the "I want to be this weight by this time" to avoid being discouraged when the scales wouldn't budge. I have a goal weight in mind but realise I can't always control how long it will take for me to get there.
Always remember that you are treating your body much better now, and it loves you for it. Just keep working hard, eating well and exercising and most importantly: NEVER EVER GIVE UP!

PS - well done on that amazing 45lbs drop!

You are doing great. Keep paying attention to you body rather than setting a timeline.
