Old habits and ah ha moments

So I got some news at work today that got me really mad and even though I've been doing pretty well on my weight loss goals, my first thought was I NEED SOMETHING SWEET!! and literally had to physically stop moving...take a breath....and say no you don't need something sweet you need to address the feelings you're feeling.

Talk about an ah ha moment.

and I didn't have the cheat and i don't feel i want it now. Any one else have any ah ha moments they want to share?

    Congrats! That is an awesome victory because it is something you can learn from and repeat as often as needed. Good for you! Developing a healthy (or healthier) relationship with food is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
