LOL I decided to "treat" myself with McDonalds a few weeks ago. Didn't go so well a couple of hrs later.

When you work it into your calories, nothing is off limits.

Why would I eat a KFC? Where do you even start? Why not just eat the chicken inside?

You can eat there just don't eat there all the time. There is nothing wrong with eating anything occasionally. I did and lost as well still do and maintain.

I'd rather make my own fried chicken and go to In n Out (if I was still on the West Coast *single tear*), but wouldn't have to give this up. :)

Ain't nothing wrong with a bucket of chicken. They even have grilled now, so you can pretty much load up on protein without all the extra.

Yeah the roof alone is way over my calorie limit for the day.

I prefer Popeye's because it is spicy but KFC is yummy too

Man, I can't even imagine anymore. As much as I love to think about eating nasty food, I love the way I feel when I don't.

It takes a month to beat a craving, but it's worth it. Also, maintaining streaks is kind of exciting. I haven't had cheese in 1 year and 2 months and I loooooooove cheeeeeeeeeeese

A year without cheese? I am not that committed but going to give this a good go.

I put it on everything, but then I didn't want to put it on everything so I wanted to get over the craving. And it's awesome.

I'm just saying! Cheese! I gave it up, you can give up KFC! If you build it they will come! And other 90's motivational phrases

    This. Baby steps.

I just had some Fritos and peanut butter balls...true story.

I'll fit them into my goals. If not, I know it won't destroy the journey.

Eat what you love, just less of it. If you go over, just do better tomorrow.

    Mmmm KFC...

The only thing I won't do is drink my calories, unless it's alcohol but then there's always skinny *kitten*. (Coke zero and vodka)

    Whaaaa?!

    I'm sad now. :(

Cheese is too delicious not to eat.

The only thing I've really given up is soda because it doesn't even sound good to me anymore.

This thread is just reminding me that I don't have time to eat lunch before this conference call. And the conference call would be happier with red wine. womp womp

Absolutely not. I can't stand the taste of that stuff anymore nor care to eat it now that I know what's in it. If I want a burger, I'll make a great one at home or go to a non-chain place. If I want chicken, again, same thing. Tastes better, costs less, healthier. But that's just me.

If I have a cheat meal and I do have them, I certainly won't go to KFC or Mcdonalds. I have quality fried chicken and a gourmet burger.
