Hello, just wondering if they are any at home exercisers that would like to do a daily check in?
I mostly exercise using fitness videos (dvds or online). Anybody willing to join me? Thanks.

I have gym nearby but majority of my workouts are completed at home... I'm hooked on the FitStar app & Skimble workout trainer currently.0

I have free weight and kettle bells at home, would like to get more ideas and change things up. Count me in please0

I am getting started on my treadmill just as soon as I get over this darned cold I have. In other words count me in! I need all the motivation I can find!0
-
Yes I am interested. I have a treadmill,bowflew adjustable dumbbells, total gym & DVDs0

Count me in! Just what I need to keep motivated. I like the YouTube idea and will give it a try. I have also used what is available free on-demand on FiOS. I have several DVDs but have to blow the dust off them. :-) I have bad knees so have to be careful. I have been away from MFP for awhile and just getting back. I have a fitbit One that I have connected to MFP - which helps. But, I know I need to do more than steps.0

I'm interested in joining such a group. I use exercise videos, a mini tramp and I walk outside when weather permits.
Edit: Okay, I had to correct this post. I *used* to exercise to videos, rebound and walk outside. I really would like some company and motivation as I heave my couch potato self back into gear.0 -
I do as well. I have been using sworkit, bodyweight apps. I have dumbbells, resistance bands I use sometimes and a couple dvds. I have a mini trampoline that I will jog /walk on while watching TV.0

I would love to join!0

I'll join in. I do 50% of my workouts at home (my morning workouts. My evening workouts are most likely a group class)0

I work out at home and I'm so glad I do. I used to go to they gym and found that the 30 minute time restrictions and lack of accessibility to equipment was frustrating. Plus I was never left alone to get my workout done, even when wearing headphones. I feel I have stuck to my routine and am feeling the benefits of the home workout far more than at the gym. I do miss having access to a lot of different weights. I will just have to keep building my inventory.0

is there any way to determine calories burned in specific videos. I do a Leslie Sansone older adult walk and weight training.0

Hmmmm- I work nights so I am often awake in the middle of the night when hubby and the nugget are sleeping. Doing videos or other at home excercises would be the perfect way to make up for the fact that I never have time to work out during the days thanks to a very active 3yo.
Long story short, I'm in!0 -

I built my self a at home gym with a Squat Rack and free weights. I follow NROL book 1 at the moment. My wife uses my "man cave" to do her PIYO/T25/Brazillian buttlift/etc DVD's and every sunday she joins me doing free weights. We prefer doing our workouts at home and no one around. We also both have Vivosmarts where we do "step count" challenge for the year, at December 31 whomever has the most days in the "win" column, picks an adult only vacation for us to go on. So the way we work it is you get a point for a work out, and a bonus point if you have the most steps for the day at 9PM, so far I lead my wife by two points ...still early in the game0

I use the daily burn. I like it0

I want in! I have an 18 month old and I feel guilty leaving him anymore to go drive 30 minutes one way to a gym. (i live in country). I have Biggest Loser dvds and walk away the pounds. They both are great. I just need some motivation to actually DO THEM!0

I would like to join too. I am wanting to tone up and build muscle. I have 2 young kids and work full time so try to work out in the evenings when the kids are in bed.
At the moment my goal is to do some weight training 2x week and abdominal exercises 2x week.
