    I've had success (44 lbs down and maintaining) just eating what I like in reasonable amounts (*)

    Also looking for some recipes, if anyone has any good ones. Been using alot of chicken so far.

    Success stories also have a wonderful section of there own.. loads of motivation over there :) I'm not familiar with "Banting" recipes but if you're looking for regular recipes as I shared with fireflye38 do check out the recipe section of the forum. :)

    Thanks for all your responses! I'm on week 2, have lost 2kg's. Feeling extremely fatigued and grumpy. I know I'm not eating enough calories but I'm just not hungry. I hope this fatigue and moodiness will pass?

    Fireflye, I made quite a tasty "quiche" tonight.

    Cooked about 500g of mince in 2tbl of Ghee, with some mushrooms, baby marrow and peppers (you can add whatever you want that's on the green list) then I added a tiny bit of water, italian spice, a cube of chicken stock and a sache of tomato paste.

    Once cooked, I put it into a backing tray and mixed in 6 raw eggs, baked on 180deg. You'll see when the egg is cooked! I then put some feta and cheddar ontop and grilled it for a few minutes.

    Was very tasty, tasted something like lasagne, with hardly any carbs and jam packed with fat! I'll share some more as I go along!
