Question about ABS

How to get a six pack? How do you work on your abs? Do you do exercises? Or do you wait until your body fat % is low and they show because of other exercises? I am confused.

Short answer...Exercise and weight loss. Body fat percentage is a big factor in how your abdominals look. But the excercises and reduction in body fat go hand in hand.0

Pretty much all of the above. Plus genetics...some folks won't show much in the way of a washboard even with rock-hard abs and single digit body fat.
I'm not a fan of working a particular area of the body. Get it it all strong.0 -
Very low body fat % will reveal them. You can make them bigger through core exercises, but you wont see them until body fat gets very low no matter how big they are.0

Thanks. I am just confused. Even when I have low weight - I cannot see my abs.0

If we combine everything you all said, we have: exercises (+ core exercises), healthy eating, weight loss = low body fat % = possible sighting of abs!0

Ripped anything is all about the body fat %.0

Big muscles, low body fat.
