I have an aim of loosing a pound each week. Is it doable?

  • Hey Rosie I'm new too pretty cool app. Yeah this is probably the best way to watch what you eat it's surprising the amount of calories n stuff that is good you. I'm trying to do a more balanced diet watching calories instead of the Adkins I did before which I didn't think was so good for u even though it works. This app makes it very easy to keep track and u should have no problem reaching ur goals. Dirk
