Quick and Easy Salsa Verde Chicken
2 Chicken Breasts (5 oz each)
4 tbsp Herdez Salsa Verde
1/4 cup Kikkoman Panko crumbs
Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray a small baking dish with non stick spray. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning (as mush or little as you like). Spread 2 tablespoons of salsa verde on the top of each chicken breast. In a separate bowl, mix Panko and olive oil (I added a few shakes of dried minced onion). Top the chicken with the Panko mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
