High protein no carb meal ideas please

I'm running out of meal ideas and do to want to slip lol

    Literally no carb? Steak with butter.

    No carb or low carb?? No carb pretty well limits you to cheese (and not all of those) and bacon, steak, roast. There are lots of other proteins out there that have very low carbs such as some vegan protein powder mixes for smoothies and some nuts/nut butters. One jumbo egg has .5 carb. Good luck. I am eating lower carb with normal-high protein - you can look at my diary if you like -it's public- for some ideas.

    My most favorite meal that I have every morning but works for dinner is sauteed onions, mushrooms, zucchini if I have it, a few ounces of whatever cooked meat I have around (if none I use egg whites). When that is done I throw in at least two cups of spinach and then turn the burner off so spinach is just partially cooked and top with a little feta cheese. I also throw a little bit of garlic powder on while it's cooking. My husband likes it too. Will also cut up an onion and about three bells peppers, garlic and then whatever cooked leftover meat I have. He used to put it in a tortilla but now he eats it without.

    Mix some Greek yogurt (Total) with some chocolate protein powder. You can use full fat Total Greek yogurt or 2% fat. Very little carbs, medium on the fats and high on protein ;)

    This is true and onions actually have quite a bit of carbs and are usually left for maintenance.

    Lobster basted in clarified butter. Spritz of lemon.

    Crab with Tabasco

    Shrimp and mayo, have celery on side for treat.
    Pot roast, cooked in crock pot, with beef broth.
    Roasted chicken, with pepper.

    I have a 2-2-2-2 recipe. I love this. I don't drink anything 30 minutes before and after I eat. I feel satisfied.
    2 jumbo eggs
    2 oz. Mushrooms
    2 oz. meat ( sausage , bacon , ham )
    2 tbsp shredded cheese.

    Do you also incorporate low or no sugar and low or no fat as well
