I have discovered that it doesn't help me lose any weight, just turn fat into leg muscles. I stopped riding so much for the past two months to see if there was any change , and there wasn't. About to go back on a tear soon. If you click on the groups button above, you'll find some bicycle groups to join. Good folks on there too.
