I'm from Ontario and was just thinking the other day is love some Canadian friends! Feel free to add my anyone...particularly if you're in a similar boat to me...
I'm 22, 5'4 , was stuck at 135-140 lbs for months , just started cracking down a month ago...working in five lb increment goals...currently @ 133.3 as of last weigh In , working to 130 , then 125 and then after that is like to try to maintain around there and start really concentrating on lowering body fat.
