    Right, i started in November.
    But i started really slow.
    A friend gave her WII sport plus to me and i started "workout".
    30 min running
    10 min muscle training
    10 min balance

    And i ate normal...

    Now i started to look exactly in what iam eating.

    :wink: Iam lucky because i don't like drinking alcohol, i don't like the taste.

    Our food is sometimes soooo boring..i want something new.

    Well im still missing the boring blend English food lol. But yeah vegetables really are great and so filling. What you can do with veg rice meat or fish is out of this world loving it. But still love burgers and chips mmm fish and chips ect

    For sure if i would go out for running i could not breath. I tried in Christmas holiday.... But i was sooo bad.
    I do this exercises in my living room.
    It's easy. I started with ten minutes... Then twenty.. And thirty after this.
    It's really easy.. Hearing some good music and so something for your body...

    Hey there, i have done the 5:2 diet. I found the food so small i was more hungry eating and i wasn't. so just found not eating anything for that day not to bad at all. But il say stock up on veg and protein work out a good 3 meals like that. But onday not eating not bad your feel the fat burn off. Alot of people dont eat for 18 hours aday then have a eating window where they eat in say 8 hours

    Hey you, I normally tend to not have breakfast on my 500 cal day, a salad for lunch and a ready meal for dinner. I normally have a satsuma and pear as snack and I do drink loads!!! Anyways how long where you on the diet and how much did you lose? X

    When it was first on uk tv about 2 3yrs ago. I went from 23 stone down to 19.5 but back up again. I love the fact i could pig out with a roast dinner or a take out. And 2 days a week i found not eating for two whole days pretty easy its say a saturday and Tuesday not that bad you know. Good egg omelet For breakfast veg chicken for dinner. But really try it drink water. Give it a good and try it alot of people on that diet though think they can eat 3,000 non fast days and still lose weight you still have to try and eat healthier ect and under ur calories

    Thanks for that. I'm actually eating less then 2000 calories on my non fast days! There are times I just want to pig out!!! It's amazing how I've realised how many calories there are in the naughty food!! Oh, why does naughty food taste so good! Damn it

    Ha ha, brilliant! I apologise, I should refer it as bad and not naughty! Oh gosh, pizza! Yes, I used to eat a whole pizza, sides and then a dessert! I don't really know how to use this app! I found community today! What do youwN by you are in a net of 9004 calories? My fitness pal never tells me this?! X

You see drop down bar nutrition click where it says weekly At the bottom in bright green it says net calories so think that means thats how many calories i eaten this week so just add up the calories you supposed to eat take that away and your left with that so bang hehe you get one slice lol

Tell you the truth i was eating about 3050 calories a day so now me eating 1600 to 1800 calories daily with the odd junk meal fridays and just a bike ride on my exercise bike daily and il be find. App says il lose 1.5stone in 5weeks so il be alright slow and steady wins the race like
