Belly fat

does anyone have tips on losing belly fat. I'm now eating 1200 calories oppose to eating double that most days, it's only been a week and I'm at the gym 3 x a week I just want to know when I will see a difference ;(

    Great job on getting to the gym 3 times a week, that is so good! you are not going to get abs at 1200 calories, I really hate to tell you that. In order to get abs you actually have to increase your metabolism slowly so that you can build the muscle then lose the fat. Some people get them easily, but for people like us you have to work your butt off. Just be patient they will come. keep working on it consistently and youll see them, it took me 9 months to finally get a 6 pack

    Usually belly fat is the last to go, so be patient! I hope you've taken some before pictures so when you're feeling like you're not seeing any progress you can look back and see that changes are being made.
