28 Day Squat Challenge

So I decided to read and try this challenge. Have survived the first two weeks....amazing how winded you are after the first 30!!!

    I hate squats, but that's because I need them so much. I will do this with you. How many did you start with?

    I'm on day 16 of the 30 day squat challenge, so far so good! I've already noticed a difference in my legs and bum

    i started a squat challenge and worked my way up to 200 squats a day, now i just do 5 sets of 40 each day, 5 days a week. i can tell a big difference.
