I am looking for sites that have the actual demonstrations of various exercises. can you help?

What types of exercises?
Bodybuilding.com has a list of strength related exercises including a description and pictures/videos.

General exercises. I was on a site recently, and it automatically had a woman demonstrating the exercises.

So why not use that site? Or did it not have the right exercises that you were looking for?
