Simply for being in the position of still needing support so close to your goal. It will take a lot of focus and dedication - maybe even more than me in my double digit goals- your speed bumps may cause you more instant grief.
Alas we are on the same path, different speed, different distance, same machine!!

2370 cal per day. I always finish way below and im very active. Gym and such. Why .5lbs?0
