Looking to lose 50 more pounds. Doing mostly cardio and starting to lift a little. Is protein bad if I am trying to lose weight and mostly doing Cardio?

    Protein is always awesome. Helps build muscle. Helps you stay satiated longer.

    You should be doing both cardio and strength training for weight loss. The two combined are quite powerful. And yes, protein is a GREAT idea!
