Hey guys, I just realized my entire friends list is composed of ladies...which is fine of course, but that doesn't look right LOL
I need some more guy friends to add to the mix, while we're on this journey!
It's nice to see other guys and how they deal with this life change, especially diet and weightlifting, since those have been my focuses for awhile now.
