I'm trying to start eating healthy again to lose weight and lower cholesterol. On day 2 really having a sugar craving right now I know it would only temporarily make me feel better but still calling my name

Try drinking some water or tea and eating an apple or some other sort of fruit. You can get through this craving!0

I had a handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips and TBS of natural peanut butter that helped, then I got on treadmill for 15minutes! I hadn't been on it for months!0

I just had some tea and it killed my cookie craving !0
