So my friend told me about this website. And here I am :) I am actually feeling really motivated to get tings going with this! This last year I have really let myself go. Before I was working out 5 days a week. Eating great. & looking great. But here I am, ready to change! I know I can do it. It's just a matter of commitment. And I am so stoked to have found this forum!!!

    Welcome! This website will definitely change your life. I've been using it for around 130 days and I can't go a day without it now! It's completely changed my life around! I'm sure it will do the same for you :) Best of luck achieving your goals!
