    just eat more, period.

but some of my recommendations would be pizza, ice cream, bagels, full fat yogurt and cottage cheese, rice, pasta, bread, etc…

You actually don't have much of a say on where the weight goes when it's fat distribution. That's going to be based on genetics so you could end up pear or apple instead of hour glass. You do have more of a say when you add muscle and that will help fill out your butt, shoulders, and chest.

You may prefer an hourglass shape but that doesn't mean an hourglass shape is in your genetics.

Serious Mass in at least a once-daily shake. Even if it's just 1 scoop. Add some juice, yogurt, and frozen fruit. I also sometimes add ground up flax seed, oatmeal, and/or hemp seed for extra calories and nutrition. It helps me hit my calorie goal every day. Definitely not used as a meal replacement, but an addition.

Also, whole milk. It tastes better than the rest and has more calories!

Don't increase weight too fast you'll get stretch marks moderate progress is the best
Carbs will increase your weight if
You don't exercise this will become fat
    Bigger portions
The best thing is eat healthy exercise and increase you overall calorie intake
I went from 55kg to current 73kg in 3 months but stuck with a healthy diet trained hard and I'm happy and in great shape

You're going to miss those things when your cuts starts aren't you! Or are you going to sneak em in somehow?

Ok I'm lucky to be hourglass shaped but of all the strength training programmes I've tried, Bret Contraras Strong Curves when I was on a bulk then cut got my waist to 24" and my hips to 37". The 13" difference stayed the same on my winter accidental bulk this year 25" 38" but I added some boobs (not my strong point) to the equation too!

Other male upper body oriented programmes haven't done that in the past.

That's because Bret is the Glute King.

I WILL marry him one day.
