150 calories for 5 oz is about the same calories as other brands.

Love the Fit to Go 1%! It's 20 gms of protein and 110 calories for a 5 oz. cup. Can't beat it.

Thanks! I don't know what brand I use but I know I get 4% milk fat and it's so good and had less calories per serving than I expected (and of course lots of protein!). I'll check my diary...

ETA: Simply Kraft: 1/2 cup = 120 calories; 10g protein

    I'll have to try it!

It is good. That an organic valley. Daisy is the worst I've had so far.

my favourite cottage cheese recipe (eat it daily)

    1/2 c cottage cheese
    100 gms greek yogurt
3 tbsps non fat cool whip
    25 gms granola

Blend together. Just under 300 calories and high protien! Verrry filling.

ETA: I use non or low fat stuff for this recipe because I get my fats from other sources during the day.

Hood 4% large curd is good. Most 4% s are...2% is iffy and fat free is always the texture of sawdust.

I've never had any other than Daisy and have always enjoyed it. I wonder if I try these other brands if I will be blown out of the water
