I'm new to this and I want to stay motivated. I am trying to lose a lot of weight and I need to start off slow. Any good cardio routines?

You'll find some people on here are not partial to fitness DVDs, but when I first started out a couple of years ago (totally on a blank slate - I was so out of shape, whereas now I'm at least built up enough that I have stamina), I tried Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I lost 13lbs and a few inches overall after doing it twice, but I also built up the stamina and confidence needed to get me going onto other routines. It's still one I swear by. If you're shy about working out in front of others or if you just want to kind of struggle alone at first/work from the bottom, it's a great way to start. :)

Also, you can find the 30DS on YouTube!

Find an activity you really enjoy. You'll be glad you did. I recommend Gillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. It kept my interest during the cold months until I could run again.

I absolutely love the Insanity Challenge by beach body. It pushes your body by keeping your heart rate up the entire time. I try to do mine in the morning because it makes me feel a high the rest of the day. It's a little pricey since its a ten disc set. But we'll worth the investment.

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is good. It is short and it can help you to start. Insanity is great but if you never worked out it may feel tough. I tried both but now, I need to get back in track.

Thanks! I'm going to look into that 30 day shred. Seems like it has more than a few good reviews! ☺️
