I do, probably have about 70 to lose, so THIS is my year to get fit and healthy, then maintain it. This has been a huge work in progress, I've gradually been cleaning up my diet, building up to big lifestyle changes, and this is my second day back at MFP. Am loving the changes with this site, so looking forward to seeing results. I also went back to the gym...starting slowly, but really determined. Am sipping some green juice as I write this, and am reading Eat for Health by Joel Fuhrman, who was Joe Cross' doctor. His focus is on eating nutritionally dense foods, lots of fresh veg and fruits and gradually using nutrition to combat cravings and addictions.
Feel free to add me, especially if you are into clean eating and more health focussed - I really am in it for the long haul and it would be great to support each other and share successes on this journey.
I have enjoyed reading all your posts, those before and after pics are fantastic. I braced myself and took a couple of full length ones yesterday.... Do I really look like that? Ė eek, but it was very motivating0 -
