Small nsv but big to me :)

I used to work at a Mexican restaurant about a year ago and went to visit friends every so often. Well about 2 months ago I decided to work out hard core and not go back there until cinco de mayo and see if they noticed... And boy did they! My friends were not only so happy that I came yesterday but were seeing how I looked and asking me how I did it and how much I've lost and how great I looked! I never really had all of that before and it keeps me motivated to keep going and have another small goal to achieve :) thanks for listening to my nsv

    That's not a small nsv... that IS HUGE!!! It's so awesome when people notice and comment on how good of a job we're doing. I find it very motivating!!!

    So not a 'small' NSV! Anything that shows you how your hard work is paying off and motivates you (even a little) is totally a great NSV!
