You can eat anything to lose weight, as long as you're in a caloric deficit. Doesn't matter if its chocolate, cake, chicken or celery0

I decided this time I was not going to restrict my diet. I have restricted before and always failed.
7 months later, I'm down 41lbs and the healthiest I've been in almost 13 years.
You can eat whatever you'd like as long as you eat at a deficit and are good at limiting yourself and monitoring your portions by weighing.0 -
Whatever the hell you want to eat, just keep accountable on the total calories.0

You can eat food.
Weight control is about energy balance. Calories are just a unit of energy...you consume more energy than your body requires then that energy gets stored for later use as body fat. When you eat less energy than your body requires, your body has to compensate by dipping into your energy reserves (i.e. your fat stores).
What you eat plays a roll in your overall health and can impact your fitness performance, etc...but it's not hugely important to actually losing weight. That said, for long term success I would highly recommend adopting a diet (noun) that is rich in nutrition and where your intake of "junk" food is minimal as a % of your overall intake.0 -
I eat everything....well ...everything I use to eat, only in moderation.0

It's all about the number of calories. You can eat 100 calories of egg whites, or a 100 calories of eggs. You will end up eating a lot more eggwhites because it's less than half the calories. Some days you will like it, some days you won't care, and rather have the eggs.
Same with everything else, have pizza, etc, just know that for the same 300 calories you could eat a lot more lean chicken. Again, some days you will want 1 slice of pizza, and some days you will feel better getting full on chicken. But the only thing matters are the number of calories.0 -
Thank you!0

Another question, when i see, then all my calories is coming to end, i can do some sports activities and eat more?0

Well, you can eat x# calories of empty junk a day and be miserable and vitamin deficient...or you can eat vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean protein etc. and feel full and satisfied for the same number of calories.0

Yeah. When you put your exercise in the database, however, bear in mind that MFP overestimates how many calories you have burned. I try to eat back 50% of calories burned--but there are people on here who eat 75% or 100% and still lost.0
