Want to tone up but how?!

I want to tone up and gain muscle definition. So my question is what do I eat to support this aim? More protein? Less carbs? Any advice would be great! X

    Hi im doing the same have been all last year and ive lost 3 stone and now getting to the point where im seeing the muscle tone come through when training you need plenty of protein it helps repair the muscle damage and a few of good carbs gives you energy (wholewheat) just small proportions though, anything you need to know just type into google there's loads of help out there and once you get in to a routine its common knowledge and a way of life and it depends on what exercise you are doing, any thing else just ask Jane x
