I am a 22 years old, female, weighing 49 kg (108 pounds) and my height is 5 feet 2 inches (157 cm). By profession i am a software engineer so i spend 9 hours a day sitting.
I started working out 1 month ago. I workout 90 minutes a day, which includes- 15 minutes of running at 8-10 km/hr, 5 minutes of cycling and rest time for strength training.
ON AN AVERAGE HOW MUCH CALORIES AM I BURNING PER DAY?
Also I intake 1200 cal per day and i aim to get a toned body and a flat stomach.
Is this much amount ok?

Hi if you add these on your exercise record for the day it gives you a list to choose from and how many calories you can burn i always check on the sites but normally they are pretty accurate, im on a 1000-1200cpd and do Step, Body Pump and general toning 3 times a week which seems to be working so i would say your doing ok they say 20mins of any thing a day will burn calories.0
