Is Kettlebell considered both strength and cardio

Just curious because alot of the moves are cardio and then alot of the move are simple lifting the kettlebell like your doing strengh. It incorporates lunging, overhead lifting, squats, overhead pulls, curls, etc. The workout is really tuff, especially when lifting 20lbs. Of course i know its not the same as regular weight lifting.

I get a good cardio workout when using kettlebells, so I would say yes. The cardio I get is equivalent to when I do 30 Day Shred.0

Any weight lifting workout can be considered cardio if you keep your heart rate up.0

Circuit training my be more applicable if you are doing routines with brief rests between.0

I would have never thought that this would be considered training. There is DEFINITLY a brief (no more than 35-40 sec) rest in between.0
