  • Mine is definitely sweets. I've held off on them for the first 3 days. I'm at 100%! Wahoo.

    I used to get an iced capp every day from Tim Hortons and it's been 19 days without. And I can tell you it really does get easier. I crave it but then I think that's gonna be so syrupy and nasty. Compared to the things I have been drinking. I'm also an ice cream fan. But I blend fat free frozen cool whip with choc soy milk. Turns in to ice cream.
