Confused and need advice

Not looking to gain weight for muscle reasons would just like to put on a few stone, generally I'm very active so just looking for a list of good foods to help me

    Anything that puts you in a calorie surplus.

    You need to make sure that you are eating more calories than you are getting rid of when you workout. Complex carbs are a good place to get some extra calories, sweet potato or regular potato-just watch out what you put on them. Eat healthy snacks that will help, like almonds, hard-boiled eggs.
  • Eating enough to gain weight is hard. These foods are easier to eat a lot of: rice, beans, russet potatoes, cottage cheese, eggs, milk, ground meat... Check out the "GOMAD" (gallon of milk a day) diet if you really wanna get serious. -competitive powerlifter
