Switching up my workout

Hey everyone! I've been doing the same workout for 3 months now, (rotating between eliptical, walking, cardio circuits or yoga for 45-60 min) and think that my body needs a switch up so I can lose the last 7 lbs. I usually try to workout at lunch so that's why I only have 45-60 min. and don't do workout videos since I'm at the gym.

What are some things I could try?

Take a class. Spin class, step class, or kickboxing

Do some lifting, calories burned are calories and adding some density to your muscles will spike your metabolism.

EDIT: I like your quote btw.

Add in weights and try HIIT training, HIIT can be done on most cardio machines and is a great workout in only 15-25 minutes.

Join a cardio class at the gym. That way your body gets that change. It might help....also protein shakes and cleanses will help with the last 7 lbs. :)

    this.
the weight really comes off when you start weight training.
I lost a lot of fat when I started lifting.

High intensity interval training. I think it works best on cardio machines and if you google it you can find sample workouts.
