I recently found Chef Tom Lin's YouTube channel. I was looking for how to make the white or crystal sauce for shrimp and chicken dishes. Really like his videos.

Here are some recipes of my own I have made:

The other day my husband made baked egg rolls. We had spring roll wraps in the freezer and cabbage in the fridge so we wrapped shredded cabbage and carrots a splash of fish sauce and white pepper in the wraps and baked them in the oven after a light spray of cooking spray. Next time we do it I will add mushrooms I think. Fairly low in calories. But you could also add shredded pork, chicken or shrimp and they would be super yumm.0

I love Asian food also! One of my favorite dishes is a bowl-styled dish - stir fry veggies and/or meat, add leftover cooked cooled rice (white or whole grain), add a bit of tamari, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and/or hot (spicy) oil and stir it all together until hot & blended. Top with a soft cooked egg & nori. OMG I'm craving it now!0

I have been hooked on rice paper wraps lately...stuff them with shredded chicken and lightly sauteed veggies ( book choy, red pepper, green onion, cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts etc). I make a homemade peanut sauce and its a fantastic lunch or dinner.0
