How to gauge my exercise on mfp....

I started working out with a Personal Trainer 3x/week for the past 5 months so far. I have no idea how to insert that into my record here. We do a ton of different things every day. Do I have to list farmers carries, and dead bugs, and bench presses all separately to get a good account of how I am doing?

I would ask your personal trainer! He/she will know how many calories you are burning in each exercise. You can then total it and "create your own exercise."0

Get a heart rate monitor. Otherwise you'll only be guessing.0

I am not a fan of MFP's exercise tracking. I use it occasionally, but do not trust the calories it claims I burned.
According to MFP, I can pull weeds for an hour, and it justifies having 1.5 beers/hour. That's delusional...0 -
Thanks guys. I appreciate the help!0
