I make fruit ones with mixed fruit from Sam's Club, almond milk or plain non-fat greek yogurt. Sometimes I add in kale or spinach. Sometimes chia seeds. I also do nutty ones with any variety of Maranatha's almond butter (so far the chocolate, caramel, and regular), frozen bananas, and almond milk. Those are the best! And sometimes a plain protein powder to either of these.0

I usually only do a smoothie after a longish ride and the goal is primarily some quickly absorbed nutrition for recovery. I usually do one frozen banana, a good handful of mixed frozen berries, 1 cup of Fage Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup 1% milk, and about 1 ounce of almonds.0
