I personally use bagged or boxed spinach, come to think of it I have never purchased fresh spinach bunches.

Half of a frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk and frozen pineapple. Recently substituted two clementines for pineapple and it was delicious! :)

I have that Costco power greens mix and am trying to get rid of it. I'll try that tomorrow.

I've been doing greens, frozen tropical fruit, banana, water and maybe some PB2 or protein powder.

I make fruit ones with mixed fruit from Sam's Club, almond milk or plain non-fat greek yogurt. Sometimes I add in kale or spinach. Sometimes chia seeds. I also do nutty ones with any variety of Maranatha's almond butter (so far the chocolate, caramel, and regular), frozen bananas, and almond milk. Those are the best! And sometimes a plain protein powder to either of these.

I usually only do a smoothie after a longish ride and the goal is primarily some quickly absorbed nutrition for recovery. I usually do one frozen banana, a good handful of mixed frozen berries, 1 cup of Fage Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup 1% milk, and about 1 ounce of almonds.
