I'm looking for a book on Nutrition. Can anyone recommend a book or 2? There is so much contradicting information on the web. A Nutritionist is not in my budget.

I've read A TON of nutrition books, and this one is my all-time fave. I've lost 17 lbs following this, and it makes so much sense. Plus the Kindle version is only $.99! (At the time I'm posting this...)
