First mini goal reached =)

Hi all =) today I reached my first mini goal of loosing 20 lbs.! I started at 253.2 and am down to 231.4. I have been using MFP for 53 days so far and love the support I get and how easy the site/app is to use.

I now eat more fruits and veggies, watch my sodium/sugar intake, don't eat fast food nearly as often, go for walks and bike rides, run on my treadmill, and savor the taste of food rather than shoveling it in my mouth ;)

I have had several NSV's so far including more energy, putting two new notches in my belt, cloths fitting better, and my coworkers telling me I've lost my belly (no one will be mistaking me for being pregnant now)!

My next mini goal is to get below 220 so I will no longer be considered obese, so that is not too far away!
