DIY "Lean Cuisine" Pizza (BUT WAY BETTER!)

I'm always on a quest for healthier pizza because, well, I eat pizza jut about every day. I'm not joking. I've had some shape or form of pizza 5 days out of the last 7 days.
For one thing, Lean Cuisine pizzas get expensive pretty quickly and for another they have a lot of junk in them.
Here's my solution:
Preheat oven to 425
Toufayan wheat pita (150 calories)
1/8 c. Pizza sauce (I make mine using tomato sauce, seasoning, garlic, and spinach. In any case, it'll only be about 15-18 calories for a store bought version)
1/6 c. chopped green pepper (I saute these next 3 in olive oil spray just to get the flavors rolling)
1/6 c. chopped red onion
1/6 c. chopped artichoke hearts (in water, not marinated in oil)
Then put on some cheese: I use 1/3 c. Happy Farms Italian blend (110 calories)
then
1/6 c. chopped mushrooms
followed by the remainder of the cheese
Top with 2-3 thin slices of tomato
Sprinkle about a tablespoon of sliced almonds on top
pop it in the oven until it gets done. I like to turn on broil at the end to make it crunchy.
It may sound like some work, but I make 6 at a time so I have them (either to freeze in a freezer bag or tupperware or to keep in the fridge for the week) to microwave at work.
360 calories for all this goodness and, seriously, it doesn't taste like something you're eating to lose weight (unlike Lean Cuisine). Also is great with fresh mozzarella.

I don't like mushrooms or artichoke hearts but it still looks amazing! I haven't found a wrap/pita that I like as pizza dough yet, but this one does look good. I'll have to see if I can find it.0
