    Hello I'm new here looking to lose weight and tone my body and meet some lovely people along the way, I don't quite understand how the community bit works help lol xx

    Hi Emily nice to meet you. The community is where you can chat to people and ask questions you can also join groups. I've just created a group called The English group your welcome to join. You can ask people for advice or give support anything really xx

    I am amazed at how motivated it keeps you, well apart from the days I am on my Nebosh course lol
