Yogurt. There are 35 calorie yogurts like creme caramel and key lime pie, etc. Taste just like pudding.0

I made "ice cream" with my nutribullet today. 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/2 c. frozen peaches and 1 c. coconut milk. It had the consistency of soft serve ice cream. And it tasted sooo good. And it's all natural foods. No added sugars etc. I don't know what the calorie count is exactly but it couldn't have been more than 200 calories. My goal is to eat more whole raw fruits and veggies so this fit the bill. Enjoy!0
