    Hey what's a nebosh course lol. And glad the fitbit is working for you too!
    Its an intense Health and Safety course, so much so the diet and exercise go out the window for comfort eating when I get home lol. I need to remind myself to get past the 25,000 steps to move up my goal ladder o:)
