Clean bulking

So guys,
Ive been bulking for about a month now and im definitely gaining weight, im currently taking in around 3710 calories per day. This is at about 100g of fat 200g of protein and 400g of carbs (not exact). My origional plan was to bulk until june and cut till september (when I have a mens physique comp and holiday). But my worry is that im going to put on too much before then and im not going to be giving myself enough time to cut. I started at 76kg and im already at 78kg (give or take). These are definitely mostely muscle gains as im feeling stronger and have kept most of my definition.

What do you guys think?

Whats the question.... if it's mostly muscle gains? That's difficult to say without comparison pics or a body analysis.

yeah, what's your question? Strength gains and "feeling" stronger do not mean you are necessarily adding any more muscle. CNS adaptation, increased glycogen stores, more energy etc can have you "feeling stronger". 2kg of only muscle in less than a month is more wishful thinking than accurate in my opinion...

You can only gain round a 1lb of muscle a month maybe a half pound more depending on your body type. if your bulking it's good if you put 4 to 5lbs in a month so try to keep your bulk clean if you like to have lower body fat parcentage. If you put 2lbs a week on it will been more body fat then muscle.

Can someone clarify: Doesn't 'clean' bulk mean eating moderately over maintenance whereas a typical bulk is eating significantly more over maintenance?

    yes..

clean bulk = .5 per week gain
dirty bulk = 1 pound plus per week gain ..

at least that is my understanding...
