PiYo

I'm starting a PiYo class tonight at the Y.
It's a combination of Yoga and Pilates set to lively music which from the videos I've seen online is a good, butt kicking workout.
Does anyone familiar with the workout have any idea what the average calorie burn might be in an hour long class? It's not listed in the exercise options here on MFP and I want to enter at least a decent ballpark figure.

Pretty low. I'd use pilates or yoga as a point of comparison.0

From what I've read, it's way more strenuous then either yoga or pilates, hence my question here...

I'd suggest getting a HR monitor - that'll give you the best ballpark based on your specific level of exertion in the class.0

I've only done three sessions from the PiYo DVD I got recently so far, but according to my hrm, my calorie burn has been between 98-170 for 20-30min But I haven't gotten into the harder stuff yet.0
