Your body doensn't know from which food the particular nutritive substance is coming from I eat Parmesan alomst every day - as long as it fits into my daily goal0

Laughing cow cheese in scrambled eggs is delicious! Gives them a really creamy flavour, definitely worth a try if trying to save on calories.0

Another cheese lover here (granted, I come from the land of Cheeseheads but still . . . ). I eat full fat cheese pretty much every day as part of my bedtime snack. Love the strong and sharp ones. I can get some 5 year aged cheddar that is to die for. I also love aged swiss, brick (not really known outside of Wisconsin), blue, etc. When I want something a little creamier, I will go for gouda or my favorite: muenster!0

I eat cheese every day. I plan to eat cheese every day for as along as I can eat cheese. Everything in moderation0

Trick i use for cheese on my eggs is to add it to the hot pan when my eggs are finished and roll the eggs around in it. 2 eggs and 1 oz shredded cheese and you honestly won't know that you didn't use half the block.0

I'm not going to lie I think cheese is so awesome it should be it's own food group. As most said as long as it fits within your calories go for it. I for one wish I could fit a whole lot more in my day than I am able to.0

I couldn't be friends with anyone that tried to tell me cheese was bad - who needs that??

Cheese is wonderful. I've had to learn how to use it sparingly though.0

Yup, fat-free cheese has the weirdest texture and tastes wrong. Bleh!

I eat cheese every day BUT I weigh it out and log it! It's very calorie dense so it's best to be careful with it.0

I eat cheddar cheese regularly, though sometimes it's in another product. I like both extra sharp and mild.0

Dairy products (in moderation) are one of the few foods that have shown promise of helping with weight loss, beyond simple calorie reduction alone. Go ahead and eat cheese. You will probably lose weight more quickly if you do.0

I lvoe me some cheese and eat it regularly, but not the fat-free stuff - ick! Do not be afraid of fat - it is not the enemy! Sure, some fats are better for us than others, but in general fat doesn't make us fat, too many calories do!
Life is too short to eat fat free dairy - go for the good stuff in reasonable portions that fit in your goals.0
