I love cheese in my scrambled eggs. I also top it with salsa sometimes.

Some days 20% or more of my total consumed calories are cheese of some sort. Cheddar is my favorite!

Laughing Cow is the only kind of reduced fat cheese which I like. It's magical. :)

Love Tillamook Sharp Cheddar! One serving is 100 cals. As long as you fit it into your macros it's all good!

Ooooh I will have to get some of that. Delish!

YUM cheese (insert Homer Simpson noise). I eat cheese every day. I love the mini babybel cheese and Kerry Gold sharp. Now I want cheese.

Laughing cow cheese in scrambled eggs is delicious! Gives them a really creamy flavour, definitely worth a try if trying to save on calories.

Another cheese lover here (granted, I come from the land of Cheeseheads but still . . . ). I eat full fat cheese pretty much every day as part of my bedtime snack. Love the strong and sharp ones. I can get some 5 year aged cheddar that is to die for. I also love aged swiss, brick (not really known outside of Wisconsin), blue, etc. When I want something a little creamier, I will go for gouda or my favorite: muenster!

I eat cheese every day. I plan to eat cheese every day for as along as I can eat cheese. Everything in moderation :)

Trick i use for cheese on my eggs is to add it to the hot pan when my eggs are finished and roll the eggs around in it. 2 eggs and 1 oz shredded cheese and you honestly won't know that you didn't use half the block.

I'm not going to lie I think cheese is so awesome it should be it's own food group. As most said as long as it fits within your calories go for it. I for one wish I could fit a whole lot more in my day than I am able to.

I couldn't be friends with anyone that tried to tell me cheese was bad - who needs that??

    Eat your cheese.
