    4. Stir fry veggies with just a little rice
    5. Egg white, canadian bacon, 2% cheese slice, lite whole wheat toast sandwich for breakfast - under 250 calories and very filling! :drinker:  :drinker:

I usually have a 3 eggwhite omelate in the morning made with a TON of veggies and I put salsa in it which tastes awesome, just 1/4 cup of ff cheddar cheese. it fills me up for a long time. Another thing I like to eat is half a cantaloupe with 1/2cup of applesauce in the center. I made some awesome spinach pocket things with phyllo dough. The phyllo dough gets all crispy, tastes deep fried! lol The recipe is on Devin Alexander's recipe site under spanicopita I think. You should check it out. They were very filling and so yummy.

    oats/oat bran w/ whey powder
    chicken w/rice
    cottage cheese w/cooked oats
    tuna steak
    soup
    natural PB

I have to mix mine...usually just eating oats won't fill me up, but with a protein in there it's great.

    song,
my son uses a tbs of pnut butter and 1 tsp of low sugar jam and stirs it into his oatmeal. it bumps his protein and good fats, and the jam has a nice taste. he just stirs it all us and eats it after his work outs. I still get my fiber from fruits and veggies, not up to the cereals yet.

    v-8 juice
    free soup
chicken breast, no bone, no skin, baked
tuna, no oil, no may, stirred into a big salad. Use some v-8 for dressing.
carrots, celery, gree beans, greenpeppers, dill pickles, sweet pickles (sugar) all on a snack tray.
    protein drink,
a hollowed out cuckcumber, stuffed with tuna, cut into rings and placed on romain lettuce wraps.
(can you tell I like to pick at my food)

I do that too! I call it my PB&J oatmeal. My bf always makes fun of me cause I don't just eat the PB&J sandwich, but he doesn't understand that I can only use one tbsp of PB and that's not enough for a whole sandwich lol
